We loved this staying. The hotel was a decent place for enjoying a busy area, near to center of old district, the best local restaurants, one right around the corner packed with locals, and cafes, bakery's. Everything was really good as expected, even so the bathroom was terrible. The location was particularly good and ideal - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

Hanoi Serene well deserves the glowing reports it has earned. Hanoi can be overwhelming so to have a quiet - and yes, serene - spot like this to retreat to made all the difference for me. Breakfasts were fantastic but it is the staff who are, quite simply, outstanding.

The hotel has a very central setting within walking distance of interesting points in Hanoi's old town. It is really close to the old quarter.

The staff were outstanding, very helpful - they even booked my train tickets for the whole of our trip through Vietnam via emails from me in England. On our 5.30am departure they provided a packed breakfast. Comfortable hotel in a quiet central street.

Everything. Wonderful staff, good rooms (with a free computer!), even a travel agency. We had to leave at 5am for an early flight, they were expecting us with breakfast lunch boxes. Impeccable, Excellent cost/benefit. Highly recommended.

The staff at Serene Premier Hotel went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Jenny personally ensured we had delicious vegetarian breakfasts every morning and even packed us food for our day trips. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore Old Quarter. The setting was quite strategic within easy reach of a majestic church. The airport was a 27-minute drive from the property. The staff was incredibly attentive, top-class, nothing to complain about.

We had an awesome experience at this boutique hotel in Hanoi. The staff, especially Jenny, went above and beyond to help us book a cruise for Ha Long Bay with all the options we wanted. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well-equipped, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the Old Quarter. The friendly and accommodating staff made our stay even more enjoyable. highly recommended for the price and service provided.
